Vice President, Program at the Cleveland Foundation

Dale Robinson Anglin is a strategic and creative senior level leader with experience in philanthropy, non-profit and government sectors. She is Vice President for Program of the Cleveland Foundation, the nation’s first community foundation.

Since March 2020, Dale had led the Greater Cleveland COVID19 Rapid Response Fund, working with a wide range of funders to raise over $20 million to support local pandemic relief and recovery. Dale originally joined the Cleveland Foundation in October 2017 as the Program Director for Youth, Health and Human Services, where her portfolio included: out-of-school time programming, Say Yes to Education, youth violence prevention, faith based initiatives, special needs and general health care and social services. From 2006-2017, Dale served as Associate Director for Programs at the Victoria Foundation in Newark, NJ, and was responsible for programming in higher education, K-12 education, out-of-school time, summer youth employment and leadership efforts. She and her husband, Dr. Roland Anglin, Dean of the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, have a daughter who’s a Senior at Spelman College and a son who’s a Sophomore at Howard University.

Dale serves on the boards of the Smith College Medal Committee, Adopt a Classroom (Minneapolis, MN) and the Charlotte Newcombe Foundation (Princeton, NJ).
