Tax season is underway, and Cuyahoga County’s property tax due date is right around the corner. Taxpayers have until Feb. 15, and the county treasurer’s office is offering extended hours to help taxpayers file.

The February due date is later than usual. In the past, property taxes were due Jan. 26, but this year the county needed information from the state to complete the billing process. Tax bills were mailed mid-January. If you did not receive your bill, call the County Treasurer’s Office at 216-443-7400 (option 1).

If you have questions about your taxes – the Cuyahoga County Treasurer will host a live Q & A, Thursday, February 8, 11:30 a.m. on the County’s Facebook, Instagram and X – the platform formerly known as Twitter.

The treasurer will take live questions or you can send them in advance to
communications@cuyahogacounty.gov.
